At MYFITMOJI, we’re committed to encouraging people to live a healthier lifestyle by being active in a fun, new, and exciting way. Being healthy and living a happy life is, without a doubt, everyone’s goal and we want to help people achieve that goal. Our ambition is for MYFITMOJI to be a safe and positive space for everyone and we created these Community Guidelines to ensure that MYFITMOJI Users are able to use our services safely every day.

 

These Guidelines apply to all content on MYFITMOJI – and to all Users, equally. We've done our best to set out specific rules for what content we allow on our platform but it's hard to anticipate every situation that might come up. Therefore, we reserve the right to decide, in our sole discretion, what content violates our Guidelines and what’s not be allowed on the platform.

 

1. Safety

• Violence: We prohibit content and behavior that threatens people and has the potential to intimidate or exclude others and encourages violence or dangerous behavior.

• Abuse/harassment: We prohibit bullying or harassment of any kind.

• Terrorism: Terrorist organizations and hate groups are prohibited from using our platform. We have no tolerance for content that advocates or advances violent extremism or terrorism.

• Hateful conduct: Content that promotes discrimination or violence on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or weight is prohibited.

• Illegal Content: Any illegal or criminal activities – including to buy or sell illegal drugs, contraband, counterfeit, or illegal goods and services are not allowed.

 

2. Privacy

• Private information: Publishing or posting other people's personally identifiable information or other private information without their authorization and permission is prohibited. Sharing private information can pose serious safety and security risks to those affected and we’re committed to protecting everyone’s privacy and information.

• Nudity/ Sexually Explicit Content: You may not post or share intimate photos or videos of someone without their consent. We also prohibit accounts that promote or distribute pornographic content.

 

3. Authenticity

• Account Integrity: Pretending to be someone you’re not or attempting to deceive, mislead, or confuse people about who you are is not allowed.

• False Information: We prohibit spreading false information that causes harm or is malicious, including manipulating content for misleading purposes or to imitate MYFITMOJI Users.

 

Enforcement

Each of us play an important part in the MYFITMOJI community. If you see something that you think may violate our guidelines, please help us by reporting it to contact@myfitmojiapp.com. We have a team that reviews these reports and works as quickly to remove content that doesn’t meet our guidelines.

 

If you violate these Community Guidelines, we will either remove the offending content, terminate or limit the visibility of your account, and/or notify law enforcement. If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Use or these Guidelines, you may not use MYFITMOJI again. We advise that that each and every User take these Guidelines seriously and treat them with respect.
